Ulysses Plaza
Apartments are located near the center of town at 201 W Central. The
property is spacious with a beautiful lawn that surrounds the
complex. We have ample parking for our tenants and their visitors.
To the south of the
complex is Russ Binney Park, featuring many beautiful flowers, a
pond, and a gazebo for relaxing. The park also features a large
playground making it an ideal environment for tenants 55 and older.
Across the street to the east is the Post Office. One block to the
north is Dave’s grocery store. Dave provides free grocery
delivery to the tenants in our complex.
One block to the east
is one of three banking establishments in Ulysses. The Senior Center
is within walking distance of the complex or about three blocks. A
senior bus also provides rides.
The Senior Center
provides breakfast and lunch or Meals on Wheels. On Tuesday and
Thursday afternoons, exercise classes are offered free in the
atrium.
Also, many businesses
offer free delivery services to the complex, including
grocery, pharmacy and restaurants.
